Job Responsibilies:
· Supervise and lead a team of receiving personnel for day to day operation.
· Monitor inbound shipments status and arrange for deliveries.
· Prepare paperwork related to customs clearance (duty payment /exemption and export handbook).
· Measure and ensure best value is offered by freight forwarder. · Report to Warehouse Supervisor
· Liaise with forwarders on shipment status and deliveries.
· Liaise with buyers/planers on material flow need to support customer commitment date.
· Liaise with Material Quality Engineering on inspection material.
· Liaise with shipping and warehouse for shipments and binning process.

Requirement for the Position:
· College degree · CET-6 Certification holder.
· Background in English, business, economy, international trade, shipping etc.
· Good communication skill in English both orally and in written
· Knowledge in shipping and skills in follow-up with forwarders/agents properly
· Comprehension of international trade / import process general
· Understanding in custom clearance general
· Capability in creating professional shipping documents
· Strong sense of responsibility in work
· 2 years working experience necessary
